We understand that plans can change. At DoorStep, we strive to offer flexible and fair cancellation options for all our doorstep services.
Customers may cancel any booking at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time to receive a full refund with no cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee to compensate for reserved time and resources.
If our service provider arrives at the scheduled time and the customer is not available or fails to respond:
The appointment will be considered a no-show
No refund will be issued for the missed service
You may reschedule your appointment at least 12 hours in advance with no extra charge.
Reschedule requests made less than 12 hours in advance may be subject to availability.
In the rare case that we must cancel or delay your booking:
You will be informed as soon as possible
You can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund
