Free Cancellation: You can cancel any booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time and receive a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Shows: If the customer is not available at the time of service and has not canceled in advance, no refund will be issued.

Offer a re-service if appropriate.
Provide a partial or full refund depending on the situation.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Services completed to reasonable standards with no reported issues.
